Lydia Duong-Jones holds her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University (2024). She is currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor–Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP). Lydia utilizes a variety of therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and narrative therapy to meet students’ needs and goals. She is no stranger to Bryan College and the counseling team. Lydia graduated from Bryan College in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and returned to the Hill in 2023 as a graduate counseling intern. Lydia is excited to work with the students at Bryan College and walk alongside them through the valleys and mountaintops of life as a college student.
My time here at Bryan has helped me see what it means to live an integrated life. Many wonderful individuals on campus live their lives to glorify God. I am challenged to do the same, whether I am handing a package to a student or sitting with a client, it is for the glory of God.
